Hand Feeding A Rejected Litter

Our Mama cat has rejected her litter. I'm posting 2 videos for a quick update on the 2 surviving kittens and a short overview of what happens when kittens need humans to raise them. The 3 biggest things are keeping them warm, hand feeding them every 2 hours and helping them with bowel movements and urination (explained in the video).

Our weak and tiny Tucker was having trouble feeding with the little syringe that we usually use to hand feed so we got out a small bottle designed for newborn kittens. We tried it on Tanner first to get the flow correct on the nipple because Tanner is easier to feed. Tucker didn't have the energy to waste time experimenting with us. It didn't work very well so we knew it wouldn't work for Tucker.

It's hard for me to video hand feedings because my hands are obviously full. But I know I've got a video somewhere of a kitten feeding with a syringe. If anyone is interested in how that works or what kind of syringe we use, just let me know by commenting on a video or on our Facebook page and I'll post more info on it.
