Mama Is Nursing Again ~ 5 Days Old

Cheri has reclaimed her litter. We're checking on the kittens and mama every few hours to make sure they're doing well. We also still hand feed the babies to make sure they're getting enough milk. We do that about every three hours. If they gulp down the milk, we know they're not getting enough from Mama. But the longer they are with her, the less kitten formula they are taking. This is good because it means Cheri's milk is coming in again! This video was a middle of the night visit for me. This litter is a perfect example of how much work fostering can be. But it is always rewarding!
